Flying High is hopped with El Dorado, Mosaic (citrus forward), Cascade (piney), Simcoe, and Centennial in the boil then dry hopped with a copious amount of Michigan Copper. Nice effervescence carries the initial hit of citrus. The sip ends with earthy and hoppy flavors. Pace yourself…here we go now, here we go now!
